We take great pride in what we do, and doing it right is essential to achieving the impact that we desire.

This Code of Conduct incorporates VCP’s values and business principles and sets the foundation for our business activities wherever we do business. It also reaffirms our commitment to respecting human rights, the environment and the communities while complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

To live up to and implement this Code is our shared responsibility. Wherever and whenever we can, we must always lead by example.
