The Manoa project has implemented measures to prevent illegal encroachment, deforestation and degradation within its area, primarily through forest management activities. This ensures a strong physical presence and good stewardship within the boundaries of the farm.
The project aims to prevent the deforestation of 22.118 hectares, avoiding the release of 8.378.697 tonnes of CO2e into the atmosphere.
